Welcome to Alsayaarat. By accessing or using the Alsayaarat website and platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Platform
Alsayaarat operates an online marketplace that allows individuals and businesses to list, search for, and connect with buyers and sellers of used vehicles in the UAE.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
3. User Accounts
To post a listing or access seller contact details, you must register for a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Listings & Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false or fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape platform content, or attempt unauthorised access.
6. Transactions
Alsayaarat does not facilitate payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.
7. Car Inspection Service
Inspection reports reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection only.
8. Dealer Accounts
Dealers agree to provide accurate business information including a valid UAE trade licence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform is the property of Alsayaarat or its licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Alsayaarat's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
